Made by VEB Pentacon, this camera has a vertical metal focal plane
shutter with TTL metering. it has an M42 screw mount lens, the Pentacon
(formerly Meyer-Optik) auto 50mm f1.8. Over 3 million L series
Prakticas were made making this a very popular (and cheap) East German
camera.
