| Graflex started life in 1887 as a partnership between William Folmer and William Schwing. 1890 saw the Folmer & Schwing Manufacturing Company incorporated. George Eastman of Kodak purchased the company in 1905 and moved the company to Rochester, NY where it became a division of Eastman Kodak. After many name changes the company became Graflex, Inc. in 1945. |
